Instructor Comments: Programming is not something that is learned by reading only.  It is learned by doing.  Therefore, programming assignments will be 40% of your grade.  If you do no homework, you fail.  Assignments must be handed in on time. This is a pilot course.  I expect to make use of the BlackBoard system for tests and quizes.  I also expect changes as the course progresses.  In any case, this promises to be an excellent course.
